About Hayley's Dance and Fitness

Welcome to Hayley's Dance and Fitness. This is a new company founded by Hayley Percy, a group exercise instructor from London. The classes are aimed at all types of people. Not just people who are already into fitness but also for people who haven't done much training and would like to start moving a bit more. We currently have one class on Wednesday evenings which is a Dance Fit class, and will be adding a Tone and Stretch class in the near future. The classes are made to be extremely fun and friendly whilst giving you a really good workout to burn those calories. The classes are all about fun fitness and absolutely no judgement!

Hi I'm Hayley and the founder of Hayley's Dance and Fitness. I started my career as a professional dancer, travelling around the world performing in different countries. I have now been back in London for four years and work full time as a freelance dance and group exercise instructor. I absolutely love what I do and am so excited to have this new business of fitness classes. My aim is to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in class even if you have never trained before. My classes are fun and energetic and you will definitely leave with a big smile on your face and feeling like you've done a great workout. I look forward to meeting lots of new people in my classes and can't wait to expand and add new classes in the near future!

Getting Here:
The studio is right behind East Finchley Station. So if you're travelling by tube you can exit on the right via The Causeway and walk straight into the school. If you are driving there is a big car park which is free to use!
